Baked Potato Salad

This is a great summertime potato salad that goes great with anything on the grill...

2.5 lbs red potatoes
1 Ranch seasoning packet
6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Cut potatoes into chunks. Boil until fork tender. Chop green onion. Drain potatoes. Mix potatoes, onion, ranch packet, cheddar, crumbled bacon and ranch dressing. Use just enough dressing to moisten. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Chicken in a Biscuit

1 8oz pack of cream chez
1 pack of dry ranch mix
1 big can of chicken in a can
1 10 count can of biscuts ( flaky, pull apart)

pull apart the biscuts layer by layer and place each layer in a mini muffin pan and then mix together other ingred. and stuff inside bis.cook in oven for 7 to 8 min. on 350.

they make a really good starter and this will make about 50
chicken in a biscut

Easy Appetizer

Salsa Roll Ups

You will need 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4-1/2 cup of salsa, shredded cheese and tortillas.

Mix cream cheese with salsa and spread onto tortilla. Spread shredded cheese on top. Roll up and cut into spirals. Voila!
