I made this yesterday and it was great. I doubled the amount of grits because it just didn't seem like enough. I used instant grits and tossed in a few chopped jalapenos from a jar-they aren't as spicy.


That looks good and easy enough for a non-cooker like me to make!


I love Kraft foods and their food magazine. I'll have to try this at my next MOPS meeting!
